BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Buffalo Fire Department just before 10 p.m. on Monday night responded to a fire four blocks from Niagara Square, according to city officials.
Around 9:56 p.m., units arrived at 49 North Johnson Park, where a fire had originated on the second floor of a four-story apartment building. Buffalo Fire said the blaze was contained to the apartment in which it originated, with about $100,000 of damage to the building and $40,000 to the contents, city officials said.
