BUFFALO, N.Y. — A veterinarian accused of accused of attempting to conceal the identity of a missing dog was arraigned in City of Tonawanda Court Tuesday.
Dr. Kimberly A. Parkhill-Brown was arraigned on two counts of Falsifying Business Records in the 1st Degree, three counts of Falsifying Business Records in the 2nd Degree, and one count of Companion Animal Stealing.
