BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man is facing new charges after police find drugs, ammunition in residence.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office has announced that Julius M. Hatten, 35, of Buffalo, was arrested and charged with intent to distribute cocaine and methamphetamine, and an additional charge of being a felon in possession of ammunition.
If convicted, the charges carry a minimum of five years in prison and a maximum of 40 years and a five million dollar fine…
