What is happening on the 190, and why is it still so backed up?
The Canada Border Services Agency said that in Southern Ontario, the bridges are going to have a problem. The computers that were having a problem are partially resolved, but not completely, so make sure if you are going across the border, you give yourself extra time or just expect to be late.
