BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An apartment fire on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo that sent four people to the hospital last month has been ruled accidental, according to a city spokesperson.
The three-alarm fire broke out during the afternoon of Sept. 20 at 2439 Delaware Avenue. Multiple residents were assisted in getting out of the building, including 15 evaluated on scene for various injuries. Nearly 80 firefighters were sent to the scene, according to Acting Mayor Chris Scanlon.
