BUFFALO, N.Y. — Community advocates are taking the City of Buffalo back to court, accusing it of failing to enforce its own rental inspection law.
The Partnership for the Public Good and several other groups filed an appeal, pushing the city to fully implement the proactive rental inspections law, which was passed in 2020.
