Buffalo, NY (WBEN) – Nearly four months after Buffalo Mayor Chris Scanlon said that the City would be taking over the former Adam’s Mark hotel from owner Harry Stinson, the developer told WBEN he is still expecting to re-open the hotel himself.
Back in June, Scanlon said the city would be using the state’s real property actions and proceedings law to take ownership in just 30 days. Over 100 days later, Stinson told WBEN no action has been taken.
