Buffalo police are investigating the death of a man who was fatally struck by a car at the intersection of Broadway Avenue and Wick Street on Sunday morning.
The man, identified as Carlos Rodriguez, had just turned 31 years old in September, according to his father and sister, who confirmed his death with 2 On Your Side.
