BUFFALO, N.Y. — The driver accused of driving drunk and killing a pedestrian in Buffalo was arraigned in Erie County Court on Monday.
According to District Attorney Michael Keane, Danielle Davis, 23, has been arraigned on one count of Vehicular Manslaughter in the 1st Degree, one count of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and one count of Driving While Intoxicated.
DA Keane stated that on October 19, around 2:45 a.m., officers responded to a crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle on Broadway. Officers say Davis was allegedly driving the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol when the crash happened…
