Law enforcement received a call in the morning hours of October 25th after reports of an assault with injuries on the 1900 block of Falls Street.
Officers stated that the female victim “was dragged” as “missing skin from her back and shoulder.” Niagara Falls Fire and AMR are believed to have responded to the scene to provide medical.
It is unknown if any arrests took place…
