Law enforcement received a call on October 28th after reports of a group assault on Welch Avenue.
The 911 caller – a third party who witnessed the assault – stated that a group of five black males had just fled after beating up a woman. The caller did not specify the extent of her injuries.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the victim was still on scene at that time…
