Niagara Falls Fire Department and EMS were dispatched to Police Headquarters at 1925 Main Street around 4pm on October 31st after reports that a prisoner attempted self-harm.
According to police audio, the prisoner attempted to commit suicide by suffocating themselves.
It is unknown if the prisoner was transported to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for medical and/or mental health treatment…
