BUFFALO, N.Y. — A number of Western New York communities announced a delay in winter parking bans that otherwise would have started on Saturday.
The City of North Tonawanda was the first community that chose to postpone the start of its annual overnight parking ban, announcing last weekend that enforcement now set to begin at 3 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 1.
