Regan Development has purchased the Amherst Bowling Center property at 47 E. Amherst Street for its planned residential project. Regan paid $2 million for the site that was owned by Hormoz Mansouri ‘s 47 East Amherst LLC.
A three-story, U-shaped building with 134 apartments is planned for the site after the existing 52,000 sq.ft. bowling alley is demolished. HHL is project architect.
