BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two local breweries are set to merge, after one of them recently denied concerns that it was closing.
FX Matt Brewing Company, the parent company of Flying Bison, announced the sale on Monday of Flying Bison to Hamburg Brewing Company. The terms of the agreement were not immediately disclosed.
All of Flying Bison’s recipes and trademarks will go to Hamburg Brewing, which is located on Boston State Road in Hamburg. The Flying Bison taproom on Seneca Street will close its doors on Nov. 29 as part of the deal…
