A Buffalo man was arrested on a felony drug charges after an incident at the Moonlight Motel in Hinsdale on Sunday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 40-year-old Fred A. Smith with felony possession of narcotics, felony possession of hallucinogens & criminal possession of paraphernalia.
