BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The mother of a West Seneca man fatally shot by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents near Las Cruces, N.M. more than two years ago is suing the unnamed agents and the federal government for wrongful death in what the lawsuit describes as an “unjustified shooting.”
Joel Inbody, 32, was traveling the country when he ended up roughly 20 miles west of Las Cruces on April 2, 2023.
