Restoration work at 884 Main Street continues. Michael Lignos of MTL Contracting Company is renovating the charming building into a mix of commercial space and four apartments.
The three-story, circa 1883 brick mansion is located in the Allentown Historic Preservation District at the edge of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. It has 6,824 sq.ft. of space and was the long-time home of popular bar Roxy’s.
