Good evening, Buffalo. We’re wrapping up the day for you with the most important stories you need to know and your weather outlook.
Your Weather Planner
Widespread light snow arrives after midnight and continues through Tuesday’s morning commute. There is a winter weather advisory for southern Erie, Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties for all of Tuesday. These counties may see 4 to 6 inches of new snowfall. Northern Erie, Niagara, Genesee and Orleans counties are not under a winter weather advisory alert but we will still see snowfall, about 1 to 3 inches.
Due to the timing of this system, Tuesday’s morning commute will be snowy for most, if not all, of us. Plan for extra travel time due to snow covered roads.
The second half of Tuesday will be a lot drier. An isolated snow shower can’t be ruled out…
