How well-built are the new rest stops on the New York State Thruway?
A WHEC investigation found cracks in the walls of every large rest stop along the NYS Thruway in the Rochester area. Reporter Berkeley Brean said patches can be seen on the cracks on multiple sides of the building at the Clarence, N.Y., plaza, though the repairs may only be visible when visitors look up close.
