BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man has been arrested after Town of Tonawanda Police say he illegally shot a deer on Ellicott Creek Road.
Muhibul H. Anher, 59, is facing charges after police say a witness saw Anher shoot a deer near Ellicott Creek Road around 6 a.m. on Nov. 28. Officers located Anher’s vehicle and allegedly found the deer along with two deceased does inside, officials said.
