Winter weather and colder temps have hit Buffalo and Western New York with a vengeance the last few days, which has people all over the region scrambling to make sure they have what they need to stay warm and healthy in the 716. The weather has been pretty cold the last few days, and it always has an impact on the day-to-day lives of people who live, work, and relax in Western New York.
