ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) — Magic filled the air at Chestnut Ridge Park on Saturday as it transformed into a winter wonderland.
Erie County hosts Santa Land every year at the park. It’s a free event for families to enjoy all kinds of festivities, including meeting Santa and Mrs. Claus, petting animals, and getting creative.
“It’s almost the kickoff of Christmas, really,” said Tony Schinzel, commissioner of parks, recreation and forestry. “Family, people coming back to town. Nothing says holidays like Chestnut Ridge.”…
