CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — Just in time for the holidays, Erie 1 BOCES Workforce Development is offering free haircuts to the community through its “Haircuts for the Holidays” initiative.
Throughout the month of December, Western New Yorkers of all ages are invited to visit the Workforce Development Student Salon and Barbershop for a complimentary shampoo, haircut and style — all at no cost. The iniative has been so successful, they are extending the offer through January.
