BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Travel Advisory is in place for the City of Buffalo.
Winter storm classification: The difference between advisories, watches and warnings
Acting Mayor Chris Scanlon made the announcement around 3 p.m. Monday.
“Blowing snow is anticipated across the city, which may lead to reduced visibility and hazardous driving conditions during the evening commute,” Scanlon said. Motorists are urged to use caution, reduce speeds, and allow additional travel time.
