Jamestown man sentenced for selling heroin, fentanyl

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Jamestown man was sentenced for selling heroin and fentanyl that led to an overdose death and a serious bodily injury, the United States Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday.

James Brandow, 37, was sentenced to time served (approximately 3 1/4 years), officials announced.

Brandow had previously pleaded guilty to multiple drug charges in 2022. Officials said that he used Facebook to conduct drug deals between July 2020 and June 2021, with one deal resulting in the death of an individual identified as K.T.
