BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Monday’s winter storm brought plenty of snow and wind to Western New York — which also resulted in damage to homes and vehicles.
A tree fell into a home near Randwood Drive in Amherst; Amherst Police told WIVB News 4 that the resident was not injured and is staying with family.
In Buffalo, a National Grid truck was towed away with a shattered windshield. A spokesperson said a tree branch broke free due to high winds, causing the damage, and no one was injured. In that same location, tree limbs were down in front of the house of Buffalo resident Mark Joy — luckily, he said his home didn’t suffer too much damage…
