Buffalo police investigating non-fatal shooting

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that took place on East Delavan Avenue around 3 p.m. Thursday, Buffalo Police announced.

The incident took place in the 1300 block of East Delavan Avenue. Officials said that a 40-year-old Buffalo man was taken to the Erie County Medical Center and is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
