2 Buffalonians charged after stolen vehicle pursuit in Tonawanda

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two people from Buffalo were charged after they allegedly stole a car, crashed it in Tonawanda and fled the scene on New Year’s Eve, according to the Town of Tonawanda Police Department.

Officers responded to the area of Grand Island Boulevard and Sheridan Drive around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday night to a car with heavy front-end damage abandoned in an intersection.
