The Pearl Street Family, owners of Pearl Street Grill & Brewery, has announced a new addition to its restaurant line-up. The former Brawler’s Back Alley Deli, located in the basement area of the Pearl Street Grill & Brewery, is undergoing significant changes as it prepares for the opening of Old City Pizza.
Once open, in late Q1 2006, Old City Pizza will feature brick-oven, Neapolitan-style pizza and homemade pasta crafted with premium flour imported directly from Italy.
“Our team discovered this product at the Pizza Expo in Las Vegas this past year,” says CEO Bill Casale. “Our goal is to feature high-end ingredients anchored by this pure wheat flour, D.O.P. San Marzano tomatoes, and Italian extra virgin olive oil.”…
