BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Town of Amherst has a new supervisor and two new council members following a swearing-in ceremony held on Saturday.
Shawn Lavin was sworn in as town supervisor, succeeding Brian Kulpa. Lavin previously served as a deputy supervisor for Amherst.
