BUFFALO, N.Y. — One of downtown Buffalo’s most recognizable office towers is set for a major transformation. Ten Fountain Plaza on Main Street, also known as the Bank of America Building, will be converted into approximately 160 apartments over the next few years, according to developers.
Bank of America will continue to operate as a tenant in the building during and after the redevelopment.
