The Fix Was In Tonawanda

LUTHMANN NOTE: The Flynn case strips the mask off the machine. A former district attorney accused of abusing a child walks free, while his accuser is locked in a cell by a judge with deep professional ties to him. That’s not a coincidence—it’s coordination. The paperwork, the delays, the “mental health” excuses all serve one purpose: protect the powerful and punish the one who spoke up. This is how cover-ups operate in plain sight. Crooked DAs don’t act alone; they’re insulated by crooked judges and compliant systems. When an accuser is jailed to preserve reputations, justice isn’t blind—it’s complicit. Ask his buddy Vladimir Putin. This piece is “The Fix Was In Tonawanda,” first published on FrankReport.com.
