NORTH TONAWANDA, NY — A Buffalo man received the maximum sentence of four to 12 years in state prison for stalking and repeatedly violating an order of protection.
Justin Rehan, 33, of Buffalo, was sentenced Jan. 15, 2026, by Niagara County Court Judge Caroline Wojtaszek after pleading guilty to three counts of first-degree criminal contempt.
