Veterinarian pleads guilty to stealing dog and falsifying business records

TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A Tonawanda veterinarian has pleaded guilty to falsifying business records and stealing a family’s pet.

Kimberly A. Parkhill-Brown, 46, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Tonawanda City Court to one count of Falsifying Business Records in the Second Degree and one count of Companion Animal Stealing.
