Terry Pegula Sold Buffalo Waterfront Home for About $1 MILLION

Take a look inside the Pegulas home that they sold on Lake Erie. Terry and Kim Pegula sold their Buffalo, New York home back in 2021, as they use their Florida residence as their main residency.

They bought the Buffalo Sabres in 2011 from Tom Golisano and the Buffalo Bills in 2014, after Hall of Fame owner Ralph Wilson passed away for a mere 189 million dollars. The valuations for 2026 are out and now the Buffalo Sabres are worth about 1.36 billion dollars. That is quite the investment for a team that has yet to reach the playoffs in 15 years. As of now, though, the Buffalo Sabres are on a hot streak and according to odds, they have a 57% chance to make the playoffs, according to MoneyPuck.com.

According to Buffalo Business First, the Pegulas have recently sold their Buffalo home located inside the Pasquale Condo Tower on Lakefront Blvd. in Buffalo. It’s located on the 9th floor, and is just over 2,600 square feet, along with features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with gorgeous views of Lake Erie. The sold the condo for $1.05 million. At the time that was a TON of money, but now, there have been more million dollar home sales than ever in Western New York. Right now, Western New York could be on pace to have 100 homes that sell for over 1 million dollars this year…
