BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two days before Sean Ryan was sworn in as Buffalo’s 64th Mayor, the Buffalo Police Benevolent Association announced the internal investigation had completed, and that five officers received disciplinary action.
On Inauguration Day, Mayor Ryan took exception to the investigation closing, but promised to release investigatory documents as part of his transparency pledge.
