BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKRC) – Two teenagers have been sentenced in connection with a shooting that killed a 3-year-old boy and wounded his sister in Buffalo, prosecutors said.
The shooting occurred June 21, 2024, when siblings Ramone “Red” Carter, 3, and his 7-year-old sister were playing outside and were struck by gunfire. Ramone was killed, and his sister survived her injuries.
