Monthly Health Inspections Keep Niagara County Restaurants Safe

Health code inspectors in Niagara County look for violations each month. They make note of issues like, “Improper use and storage of clean, sanitized equipment and utensils,” and “Manual facilities inadequate, technique incorrect; mechanical facilities not operated in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.” Then there are critical violations such as, “Cooked or prepared foods are subject to cross-contamination from raw foods.” Thankfully, each month, the inspectors set out to ensure that food preparation in Niagara County is up to par.
