BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An adult was detained by federal agents outside of D’Youville Porter Campus School PS 3 on Monday, Buffalo Public Schools confirmed.
“On Monday, February 2, as parents and adults were gathering at the back of School #3 at dismissal time to pick up students, one parent in a vehicle not on school property was allegedly blocked by federal agents and asked for documentation,” BPS said in a statement. “The parent produced documentation, but another adult in the vehicle was allegedly taken into custody.”
