BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Rosie’s Handcrafted Ice Cream in Buffalo was open bright and early Saturday for National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day.
Anyone wearing their pajamas received 20 percent off scoopable ice cream. The shop also celebrated with 14 different breakfast inspired ice creams. Store leaders said they offered endless possibilities.
“Blue-eyed baker croissants that we break up into the ice cream and we actually add our own chocolate ganache into it … so everything from croissants to we have lucky charms ice cream called Rosie Charms, so we throw all the marshmallows in there and we soak the lucky charms overnight in the base and strain it out, so everything from cereal to high-end croissants,” said owner Deacon Tasker…
