It will be another COLD start to our Monday in Western New York, but there is good news. We are looking at the temperatures warming up with no snow expected today.
Cold Weather Advisory In Place For Western New York
The cold weekend air has leaked into the start of the week. Many areas in Western New York are waking up with wind chills in the negatives and temperatures in single digits. As I drove in this morning to Downtown Buffalo from Hamburg, the temperature was at -4 this morning, around 4 am.
A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for all of western and north central New York through 10 AM Monday. Wind chills may be as cold as 15 below to 25 below zero, increasing the risk of frostbite on unprotected skin. #nywxpic.twitter.com/sSxTVT8SoI
