BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two Buffalo men were arrested Tuesday following a robbery on the city’s West Side.
Nicholas Forehand, 42, and John Peterson, 74, both of Buffalo, have both been charged with one felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance; and one misdemeanor count of criminally using drug paraphernalia. Peterson was also charged with one felony count of assault.
