BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — If you thought it would never get above 30 degrees the past few weeks, you weren’t exactly wrong.
Buffalo got to a high of 44 degrees on Wednesday, snapping a streak of 19 consecutive days where the city never got above the freezing mark. In fact, it was one of the longest in Buffalo’s history.
According to climatological records dating back to 1938, the streak that lasted from Jan. 22 to Feb. 9 is the first period of 19 or more days where Buffalo did not get above 32 degrees since 2015…
