An Upstate New York man pleaded guilty to harassment charges after a road rage encounter in which he shouted racial slurs at a motorist and grabbed a child through a vehicle window.
Justin R. Goodrich, 35, of Lancaster, entered a guilty plea before Erie County Court Judge Kenneth Case to one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:50 a.m. on May 6, 2025, in Cheektowaga. Goodrich yelled profanity and racial slurs at another driver while both vehicles were stopped, according to Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane.
