BUFFALO, N.Y. — Manna @ Main opened inside the historic Monroe Building in May 2025, bringing new life and flavor to the corner of Main and Lafayette.
“Manna came from abundance of food,” co-owner and Chef Reginald Ingram told 2 On Your Side. “Chef Holt’s family and myself, we come from big families. We always had food, we were always taught how to cook, being guys in the kitchen with our moms. And we said, you know, manna.”
