The forecast is calling for a return to colder temperatures across New York State. After a significant snowmelt, especially in areas that saw steady rainfall, much of the snowpack has disappeared.
In parts of Buffalo, including downtown, there is virtually no snow left. That’s a dramatic change from just a couple of weeks ago, when feet of lake-effect snow piled up and made driving conditions extremely difficult.
As we close out February and look ahead to March, there are several important reminders for New York State drivers.
