New Photos From Inside Highmark Stadium In Buffalo, New York

Work at the new Highmark Stadium was put on hold for two days as officials and law enforcement investigated graffiti inside the stadium. According to Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz, the damage estimate from the graffiti was well over $150,000.

The company in charge of building the new stadium, Gilbane | Turner, is now offering a $100,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest of the person or people associated with the graffiti.

Workers are expected to be back on the job site today, and work will continue on the stadium. Even with the delay, the stadium is still expected to open on time. The start of the NFL season is set for September 10th, 2026.
