TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A 19-year-old man faced a brief but emotional court appearance Thursday evening in the Town of Tonawanda.
Miguel Castro Jr. appeared in a Town of Tonawanda courtroom just hours after being indicted by an Erie County grand jury. Several of Castro’s family members were present during the proceeding.
