BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Residents of an apartment complex in Buffalo are on edge after two deadly stabbings within weeks of each other.
“It takes a mental toll on everybody because we pay good money to be here and feel safe,” said Pine Harbor Apartments resident Jacob Jones.
